One day in October, a sample of our next new product arrived from Bangladesh.
( Click here for the story about the Bangladesh factory)
I'm always excited when samples arrive.
Is it created according to specifications? ←It's almost okay here.
Even if the product is created according to specifications, "It's not what I expected" often happens.
A gap appears when the ``shape'' you imagine in your head becomes a physical ``shape.''
In both good and bad ways.
It may look good, but what is it like when you actually use it?
Regarding this problem, I will ask all my colleagues to actually use it and tell me what is wrong with it.
After 20 years of experience in apparel, what I notice every day when dealing with bags and SLG (SMALL LEATHER GOODS) products is the difference in units.
Of course, apparel also uses millimeters, but most corrections are made at the centimeter level.
At SLG, we face millimeters. This is a millimeter correction.
Also, it is natural to add or subtract 5 mm.
We will repeatedly correct bad gaps that appear due to various factors.
Only then will it finally see the light of day.
