■Payment method

You can choose from the following methods.

-Credit card payment Please enter your card information when ordering.
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and JCB are accepted.

-Electronic payment
You can use Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay , and Shop Pay .

■Shipping/Delivery
600 yen (Okinawa prefecture 1,000 yen)
If you are an online store member, shipping is free for purchases totaling 6,000 yen or more per delivery. (Okinawa prefecture is not applicable)


Delivery: We will use Sagawa Express.

*Some products will be delivered by Nekoposu (Yamato Transport).
Please note that we cannot accept requests to change the delivery company due to the customer's convenience.

The estimated delivery date is within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
However, the warehouse will be closed on Sundays, holidays, Obon holidays, Golden Week, etc., so there may be slight changes.
Please also note that there may be delays in delivery operations due to weather or other factors. Your ordered products will be delivered to the address you specified when placing your order.
Depending on the product, the delivery company may change from time to time. Please note.
Even if you change the address in your member information after completing your order, it will not be reflected in the delivery address for the completed order.

■Return conditions/deadline

Our store accepts returns and exchanges for purchased items.
Please check the items below for details.

<<About returns and exchanges due to customer convenience>>
For returns due to customer circumstances, please contact our customer support within one week after receiving the product.
*In the case of an exchange, the desired product may be out of stock at the time of contact. Please acknowledge it beforehand.
*Re-shipping costs for exchanges will only be borne by the store once. Please note that subsequent exchanges will be shipped by cash on delivery, and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges (600 yen).

Our customer service representative will send you instructions on how to return the item via email.
Please follow the instructions to arrange a return.

[About return conditions]
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・If more than one week has passed since the product was delivered . (Please note that this includes initial defects.)
- Items that have been used even once.
- Items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer .
- Items with tags removed or accessories missing .
・The condition of the product differs from the time of delivery, such as due to processing .
・Product boxes are damaged or discarded .
・Other cases where our store determines that returns or exchanges are not possible .
・If the product is returned without prior notification .
・For sale items .

Whether or not you will be responsible for shipping costs for returns.Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for sending the product to our store when returning or exchanging the product. (Shipping prepaid)
In the case of an exchange, the store will bear the shipping costs for returning the product.

<<Defective product handling>>

[Inspection after product arrives]
When you receive the product, please inspect it first.


・The purchased product and the delivered product must match.
- Must be of good quality (no defects such as scratches)

The following items will be replaced free of charge as soon as possible. Please contact us using the "Contact Form" within 7 days after receiving the product.


If the product you applied for and the product you received are different.
If the product is defective

[In case of exchange]

We may not be able to provide the replacement product you request due to out of stock.

In that case, we may respond by refunding the product price.

    [About defective products]
    ・We carry out strict inspections before shipping, but if there are any defects during inspection, please contact us using the "Inquiry Form" within 7 days of receiving the product. Please. We will respond immediately. Please note that shipping charges for returning the item will be borne by our store (cash on delivery).
    ・Even if the product is defective, if we cannot contact you within 7 days from the date of delivery, we will assume that there were no defects upon inspection after receiving the product, and we will not accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
    ・In the event of long-term holidays (year-end and New Year holidays, etc.), we will confirm the date and time of receipt and the date and time of receipt of your email.
    We also accept returns for defective products.
    Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and begin processing your refund.

    Please note that if the item is mailed to you without prior inquiry, we may not be able to accept your return.
